Parking:

Fully fitted kitchen with excellent range of cupboards. Electric oven, hob unit and extractor hood with light. Washing Machine. Dishwasher. Microwave. Fridge-freezer. Night storage heater. Dining table and chairs.

Lounge:
Carpeted lounge area with full width windows and patio door to take advantage of the excellent view. 3 seater sofa. Bookcase and a very good selection of books. TV unit with colour Television (Freesat) & DVD. Large selection of DVD's to suit all tastes. Radio programmes are also available through the television. Standard lamp and coffee table. Night storage heater and coal effect fire. Plus a fan heater and radiator and cool air fans for the warmer weather. Separate armchairs and coffee table. Also board games, cards, jigsaw puzzles etc.

Bedroom:
Comfortable 3ft twin beds and all linen/bedding. Dressing table. Bedside cabinets and lamps. Wardrobe and plenty of coat hangers. Clock-radio. Hairdryer. Windows overlooking patio and front garden. Also a heater for the winter, which can be switched to cold air for the warmer months.

Bathroom:
All towels are provided. Bath with electric shower. Toilet and washbasin. Electrically heated towel rail/overhead fan heater. Panel heater on time switch. Warms the bathroom before you get out of bed! Bathroom cabinet/shelf. Bathroom stool. Airing cupboard/hot water cylinder. Next to the bathroom there is a large cupboard for the cleaning tools, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, clothes airer, fire extinguisher and fire blanket.

Patio & Garden:
From the lounge there is a patio door leading to the private paved courtyard and Mediterranean style garden. Patio table, sun umbrella and chairs are provided together with a garden seat on the lawn. There are 4 small steps from the patio door to the garden with handrails each side. The garden can also be accessed on the level by use of the side entrance.
