Safe private parking for 3+ vehicles directly in front of the chalet by the porch.

Entrance Porch:
With coat hooks and cork matting. Door leading to the open plan kitchen-lounge.

Kitchen:
Fully fitted kitchen with excellent range of cupboards. Night storage heater. The kitchen area has new vinyl flooring.

Lounge:
Carpeted lounge area with full width windows and sliding patio door to take advantage of the excellent view. Night storage heater and coal effect fire.

Bedroom:
Currently one but with two entrance doors still in place it can easily be reverted back to it's original 2 bedrooms if required. Windows overlooking patio and front garden. Also a wall fitted heater.

Bathroom:
Bath with electric shower. Folding shower screen. Toilet and washbasin. Electrically heated towel rail. Overhead fan heater. Bathroom cabinet/shelf. Airing cupboard/hot water cylinder. Next to the bathroom there is a large storage cupboard which could be made into a separate toilet.

Patio & Garden:
From the lounge there is a patio door leading down a few steps to the private paved courtyard and Mediterranean style garden. The garden can also be accessed on the level by use of the side entrance.
