Self Catering Chalet Accommodation for 2 - West Somerset

The picture above shows the superb view overlooking the fields and open countryside to the foothills of Exmoor. In the distance you can see the steam train as it chuffs its way along the famous West Somerset Steam Railway

The chalet provides very spacious and most comfortable accommodation for two. All rooms have heating and are warm and cosy during the ‘out of season’ months of the year. It has its own private enclosed garden and parking is available directly outside the porch, which is in the front of the chalet. There are some steps in the garden as can be seen in the photographs – however, hand rails have been installed. If required the garden can easily be accessed on the level by use of the side entrance.

The chalet is privately owned and is not located within a holiday park. Whilst the chalet is not ‘isolated’ it is, however, in a quiet residential parkland setting with mature trees and shrubs offering a high degree of seclusion and privacy. Ideal for those looking for the perfect holiday escape and who enjoy a peaceful holiday away from the stresses and strains of modern day life. A perfect setting to relax, unwind, observe the wildlife and just do nothing! However, if you like to get out and about to see all that the area has to offer we can guarantee that you will run out of days! Exmoor National Park alone has 267 square miles to explore !

Everything is provided for you – the usual housekeeping supplies, bedding, all linen, towels etc. and is fully equipped for 2 people. The only extra is your own food and electricity (£1 coin meter). The night storage heaters, however, are included in our terms.

Rockspray is a smoke-free zone and regretfully we are unable to accept pets.

Tourist Attractions: a very comprehensive selection of leaflets are available in the chalet for the numerous tourist attractions in the area.
